Those are air-whip-through-the-vents gigs designed to get a tech in your house and upsell you. NADCA-certified cleaning with a HEPA negative-air machine and rotary brushing on every line is a half-day to full-day job. The math doesn't work at $49.

3–5 hours for most Long Island homes. Multi-zone homes and large homes go longer. We schedule a full day so we aren't rushing.

A small fiber-optic camera we run into your ducts to video the interior. Every job gets before/after video of key runs, archived to a customer cloud folder we share with you.

EPA registers antimicrobial products and the applicators who use them. For drain pan treatment and post-mold sanitization we apply EPA-registered products only. We're registered as applicators.

Can duct cleaning help with allergies?

Often yes, particularly if you have pets, dust accumulation, or known mold. Before-and-after PM2.5 readings can confirm. It's not a cure-all — we'll tell you honestly if we don't think your symptoms are duct-related.

How often should I clean my ducts?

NADCA recommends every 3–5 years for a typical home. Sooner if you have pets, smokers, renovation work, or allergy sufferers. New construction should be cleaned once before move-in.

Do I need an air purifier after cleaning?

Usually no. A clean HVAC system with properly sized filters is your air purifier. We'll tell you honestly if we think a supplemental purifier would help — we don't sell them.

If we see visible mold we stop, document, and recommend an inspection with lab-verified swab samples. We coordinate with IICRC remediation partners — we don't do remediation ourselves (no conflict of interest).
