Walk-through
Visual inspection of every accessible register, trunk, plenum, and air-handling unit.
Camera scope
Short-boom camera into any run with visible dark spotting or dampness.
Surface swabs
Sterile swabs of suspected areas. Samples sealed and mailed to an independent AIHA-accredited lab.
Air-o-cell cassettes
Optional airborne spore counts in return plenum and living space. Benchmark against outdoor control.
Written findings report
Within 5 business days: lab results, photos, camera scope stills, and a plain-language explanation of what's there and what to do.
